Are there any of you who are concerned about the following: you are bedridden and find it difficult to go to the hospital, you would like to receive treatment at home instead of being hospitalized, you are caring for your parents at home but would like them to be examined by a doctor from time to time, etc.?
In order to solve these problems, “home medical care” is being promoted. This can be covered by medical insurance in addition to nursing care insurance. The difference with house calls is that regular visits are made twice a month.
In addition, even those who have not applied for nursing care insurance can use visiting nursing services.

Care Plan
The long-term care insurance system, which supports the care of the elderly across society, began in April 2000. A feature of the long-term care insurance system is that designated services can be received with a 10% copayment.
Operation is managed by each city, town, and village, and appropriate services are provided both at home and in facilities based on a long-term care service plan.
To create a long-term care service plan, please consult with a care manager at a home long-term care support office (care plan creator) designated by the prefectural governor. Certification is retroactive to the time of application, so you can start using the services once you have applied.
Enrollees (those who pay insurance premiums) must be 40 years of age or older. Those who are eligible to receive services are those who have been certified as needing assistance or long-term care.

About Power Rehabilitation
Our facility offers comprehensive rehabilitation and medical management.
As part of this, we incorporate power rehabilitation.
Power rehabilitation is a comprehensive approach that aims to improve physical power in order to perform daily activities more actively and safely, and to promote social activities and participation based on that power.
This is a new exercise program aimed at preventing the need for care, helping people to regain their independence, and reducing the burden of care by improving the mobility and physical strength of elderly people who require care.
