About rehabilitation

Our specialized rehabilitation staff will assess the physical and mental condition of each individual user and set optimal goals and programs.

We go beyond the fields of rehabilitation, nursing, and caregiving and are serious about the “happiness” of our users.

The purpose of nursing care facilities for the elderly is to provide rehabilitation and help residents return to their homes, but the main staff members are the caregivers who are close to the residents.

The rehabilitation department is a member of the team, but is by no means the main player. The rehabilitation department works with caregivers to address issues with daily care, excretion, and physical functions. They perform rehabilitation right next to the caregivers. They experience the benefits together. Bright smiles are always present at these sites.

Based on small opinions from the field, we make small improvements and work for the benefit of our users, with the goal of returning them to their own homes, of course. We think of our job as helping the entire facility come together as one.

We will continue to believe in the possibilities of rehabilitation and hope to contribute to the facility and the local community with rich communication and passion as our motto.
