The 3 Principles of La Clarte

  1. Supporting residents in achieving independence through daily activities and rehabilitation.
  2. Providing nursing service that respects the human rights of patients and puts their safety first.
  3. Creating a living space that allows patients to lead a meaningful and homely daily life.

On the Establishment of “La Clarte”

As long as one’s mind and body are healthy, one can live each day independently. However, with the aging of society, the number of elderly people who require daily care, such as nursing or care for others, is increasing.

This type of care requires a lot of time and effort, which can weigh heavily on the minds of those receiving care.

The purpose of establishing “La Clarte” is to help these people recover the ability to live independently as quickly as possible, return to their homes, and get back to a fulfilling daily life. You could say that the facility is somewhere between medical care and nursing care, between hospital and home.

When we visited this hill as a possible site for establishing “La Clarte,” the sky was cloudy with light rain. However, the next moment, the sky suddenly parted and light poured down from between the clouds. It was as if the heavens had given us a place to “bring light to this place” in the hearts of elderly people who need care and nursing, so we named the facility “La Clarte” (French for light).

As we enter the 21st century, we who have studied medicine believe it is our duty to care for the elderly and promote their reintegration into society and their families.

To that end, La Clarte not only provides clean facilities that utilize the latest technology, but also places importance on interaction with the local community and its people, providing plenty of opportunities for interaction. Furthermore, our specialized staff are here to help you with all their heart.

We hope that this facility, located on a hilltop surrounded by lush greenery, will continue to be of service to many elderly people for many years to come.

Goal: To reduce the burden on families in an aging society…

La Clarte was born from this idea and is a nursing care facility for the elderly that can be used by those aged 65 or older (Type 1 insured persons) who have been certified as requiring care level 1 or higher under the nursing care insurance, and those aged 40 to 64 (Type 2 insured persons) who have been certified as requiring care due to a specific illness. Please choose your preferred style of care from the services we offer, from admission to day care, provided by specialized staff in a clean and comfortable facility that makes use of advanced technology.
